Disc Connection Photography Usage Policy

Permitted Use

• Images may be downloaded, shared and used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Images may be used by players, volunteers, clubs and tournament directors to share event experiences and promote participation in disc golf.
• Credit to Disc Connection is appreciated whenever images are shared publicly.

Prohibited Use

• Images must not be edited, altered, manipulated, filtered, retouched, colour graded, cropped, have backgrounds removed, have watermarks removed or otherwise modified in any way without prior written permission from Disc Connection.
• Images must not be used in advertising, sponsorship promotions, commercial publications, merchandise, products, services, fundraising campaigns or any activity intended to generate financial gain.
• Images must not be used by any individual, business, organisation, sponsor, retailer, manufacturer, media outlet or other entity for commercial benefit or monetary gain without prior written permission from Disc Connection.
• Images may not be resold, licensed, redistributed or supplied to third parties for commercial purposes.

Ownership and Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Disc Connection. Permission to download or share an image does not transfer ownership, copyright or any other rights in the image. Disc Connection reserves the right to request the removal of any image being used in a manner that breaches these conditions and reserves all rights not expressly granted in this policy.

Requests for Commercial Use

To request permission to use a photograph for advertising, sponsorship, publications, merchandise, promotional activities or another commercial purpose, please contact Disc Connection before using the image.
