Photography Usage Policy

Disc Connection and other invited photographers are proud to provide these photographs free of charge to the disc golf community. Galleries featured on this website may contain photographs captured by Disc Connection and other invited photographers. These images are made available to support the enjoyment, promotion and growth of disc golf while respecting the rights of the individual photographer who created each image.

Permitted Use

• Images must not be edited, altered, manipulated, filtered, retouched, colour graded, cropped, have backgrounds removed, have watermarks removed or otherwise modified without prior written permission from the respective photographer.
• Images may be used by players, volunteers, clubs and tournament directors to share event experiences and promote participation in disc golf.
• Credit to Disc Connection or the respective photographer, where known, is appreciated whenever images are shared publicly.

Prohibited Use

• Images must not be used in advertising, sponsorship promotions, commercial publications, merchandise, products, services, fundraising campaigns or any activity intended to generate financial gain without prior written permission from the respective photographer.
• Images must not be used by any individual, business, organisation, sponsor, retailer, manufacturer, media outlet or other entity for commercial benefit or monetary gain without prior written permission from the respective photographer.
• Images may not be resold, licensed, redistributed or supplied to third parties for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the respective photographer.

Ownership and Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of their respective photographer. Disc Connection acts as the hosting platform for these galleries but does not assume ownership of photographs contributed by other photographers. Permission to download or share an image does not transfer ownership, copyright or any other intellectual property rights. If you wish to use an image outside the permissions granted in this policy, including any commercial use, you must obtain permission directly from the respective photographer. Disc Connection and the respective photographer reserve the right to request the removal of any image being used in breach of these conditions and reserve all rights not expressly granted under this policy.
